LRI is a commercial property investment and management company with experience in working with both private and commercial clients.
Launched in February 2010, LRI LLP specialises in the sourcing and asset management of commercial property in the primary and secondary markets. Through our network of agent contacts (national and regional) we have a regular supply of available assets presented to us that constitute low risk investments while also providing an attractive return.
Whether it is office, industrial retail space or alternatives that interests you, we see on and off-market investment opportunities ranging from £250,000 to £50m plus.
Based in Mayfair, LRI share offices with John Arkwright & Co (www.johnarkwright.co.uk), multi practice surveyors who we work closely with on various projects.
Henry Lloyd-Roberts
The LLP was founded by Henry in January 2010. Prior to this Henry spent 6 years at Workman LLP, looking after the day-to-day management of the investment portfolios of some of the UK’s biggest institutional and retail fund investors including Henderson Global Investors, New Star and Schroders.
Since forming the LLP Henry has helped a number of individual, corporate and overseas clients establish and grow their commercial property portfolios. Through contacts in the banking sector, he has ensured debt finance works in the most efficient way to maximise returns. The LLP has built up a strong investment track record finding clients income and capital returns that consistently outstrip expectation.
