- Source property in line with client’s investment aspirations.
- Handle negotiations with vendor, in consultation with client.
- Provide assistance and contacts if debt finance required.
- Handle the due diligence process by arranging pre-acquisition building survey, legal searches, review of leases and other legal documents and providing credit reports on the occupational tenants.
- Manage the purchase by co-ordinating solicitors, liaising with the vendor and other involved parties throughout the exchange and completion process.
- LRI also provide strategic disposal advice to ensure best price and a quick, straightforward sale.
